Please find below the amended bylaws of the Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce, as well as signed certification from board secretary Keri Lamont. There are two major changes in the bylaws: 1) The grace period before a membership enters default has been extended from 60 to 90 days after the due date; and, 2) Bylaws may now be distributed by electronic mail, when previously distribution was required through the U.S. Postal Service.
